摘要
随着国家对社会节能减排力度的加强,碳交易和绿证交易逐渐与现存的电力市场相交融,产生了新的市场运行模式。本文从现有的数据出发,利用系统动力学模型对碳交易、绿证交易和电力市场进行仿真,得出未来几年内的碳价格、绿证价格及电力价格的走势图,对曲线运动进行描述并简要分析其成因。该模型能为国家促进可再生能源建设及完善碳交易制度提供一些参考,加快我国电力市场改革进程。
With the strengthening of national energy conservation and emission reduction,carbon trading and green certificate trading have gradually merged with the existing electricity market,resulting in a new market operation mode.Based on the existing data,this paper uses the system dynamics model to simulate carbon trading,green certificate trading and electricity market,and obtains the trend of carbon price,green card price and electricity price in the next few years,describes the curve movement and briefly analyzes its causes.The model can provide some reference for the country to promote renewable energy construction and improve the carbon trading system,and accelerate the reform of China’s electricity market.
