本文研究以复烤企业打包工段为依托,将烟叶在打叶复烤过程中的质量相关信息进行优化、整合,形成单箱成品片烟箱的质量信息,建立了产品质量档案,为客户提供了准确无误的产品品质特征数据,实现了片烟箱质量追溯功能,为质量异常改进提供了信息支撑平台。

This article is based on the research of packaging section of the re-roasting manufacturing sites,builds up the product quality database by optimizing and integrating the quality tracking data from the tobacco leaves via the re-roasting process to the finished piece cigarette box.This provides customers accurate product quality characteristic data by tracking and tracing cigarette box quality data throughout the end to end process and establishes an information platform for abnormal quality improvement opportunities.
