基于高阶泰勒级数的自适应输电线路设备航拍图像增强方法研究

摘要 为了解决输电线路巡检过程中,无人机航拍图像所存在的的部分光线较暗,边缘不明显或光滑玻璃设备产生的高光反射,因而无法有效提取架空输电线路设备信息的问题,提出了一种基于高次泰勒级数的自适应非线性图像增强算法,通过高阶泰勒展开提取图像指数增强函数的亮度分量、对比度分量及边缘保护分量,有效的改善了传统图像增强算法中产生噪声及边缘信息缺失的问题。实验结果表明,该算法可以解决输电线路无人机航拍图像光照不均的问题,与传统方法相比,有效地提高了图像数据的可读性,为后续输电线路图像数据分析及故障针对提供了保障。 In order to solve the problem that part of the aerial image of the drone during the inspection of the transmission line is dark,the edges are not obvious,or the high-light reflection caused by smooth glass equipment,so that the information of the overhead transmission line equipment cannot be effectively extracted,An adaptive non-linear image enhancement algorithm based on higher-order Taylor series.The brightness component,contrast component,and edge protection component of the image exponential enhancement function are extracted by high-order Taylor expansion,which effectively improves the noise and edges generated in traditional image enhancement algorithms.Missing information.The experimental results show that the algorithm can solve the problem of uneven illumination of aerial images of transmission line drones,effectively improve the readability of image data,and provide guarantee for subsequent analysis and fault targeting of transmission line image data.
