麸炒白术、牡丹皮免煎颗粒与中药饮片有效成分的含量研究

Effective Components Comparison of Concentrate-Granules and Raw Herbs of Rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and Cortex Moutan

目的:比较研究中药免煎颗粒和传统中药饮片有效成分种类和含量的质量差异。方法:采用气质联用仪测定麸炒白术免煎颗粒与中药饮片中挥发油的种类和含量差别;采用高效液相色谱法测定牡丹皮免煎颗粒和中药饮片中丹皮酚的含量差别。结果:麸炒白术免煎颗粒与白术饮片挥发油成分存在差异,中药饮片中含有43种挥发油成分,占总含量的92.33%,含量最多的成分为苍术酮;免煎颗粒分离出33种挥发油成分,占总含量的87.77%,含量最多的成分同样为苍术酮。共有31种挥发油为两种中药剂型共有,相比较中药饮片,β-绿叶烯和8-十七碳烯为中药免煎颗粒特有,12种独特成分为中药饮片特有;牡丹皮免煎颗粒与中药饮片丹皮酚含量存在明显差异,免煎颗粒中丹皮酚含量为4.67 mg/g,牡丹皮中药饮片中丹皮酚的含量为24.25 mg/g。结论:麸炒白术和牡丹皮的免煎颗粒与其相应的中药饮片的有效成分的种类存在明显的差别,同时相同成分含量也存在明显差别。

Objective:To compare the difference of effective components and content between concentrate-granules and raw herbs.Methods:The differences of the type and the content of volatile oil between concentrate-granules and raw herbs of Rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae were detected by GC-MS.The differences of the type and the content of paeonol between concentrate-granules and raw herbs of Cortex Moutan were detected by HPLC.Results:There were difference in the content of volatile oil of Rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae between concentrate-granules after stir-baking with bran and the raw herbs.There were 43 kind of volatile oil components in raw herbs,which accounted for 92.33%of the total amount,and the most abundant component was atractylon.There were 33 kinds of volatile oil components in concentrate-granule,which accounted for 87.77%of the total amount,the most abundant component was atractylon as well.There were a total of 31 volatile oil in both preparations.β-patchoulene and 8-heptadecene were exclusive in concentrate-granules.Another 12 specific components were found in the raw herb.There were difference in the content of paeonol of Cortex Moutan between concentrate-granules and the raw herbs.The content of paeonol in concentrate-granules was 4.67 mg/g,and it was 24.25 mg/g in the raw herb.Conclusion:There are significant differences in the types of active ingredients and the contents of the same ingredients between concentrate-granules and raw herbs of Rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and Cortex Moutan.
