摘要
通过数值模拟结合正交设计方法,研究单针-环式离子发生器各项结构参数对出口风速的影响,并得到了最优的结构参数组合;通过阵列设计,开发了大截面针-环式离子风装置。实验测试表明,所开发大截面针-环式离子风装置的最大出口风速为2.55 m/s,出口流量为1560.6 L/min,总功率为17.55 W,性能与一般风扇相当。
The effect of various structural parameters on the average velocity of the ionic wind pump in the single-needle-ring ionic wind model were studied by numerical simulation combined with orthogonal experimental design,and the optimal structural parameters were obtained.Subsequently,through the array design,the single-needle-ring ion wind was expanded into a large-section ionic wind device.The experimental tests show that the maximum velocity of the developed ionic wind device is 2.55 m/s with the outlet flow rate 1560.6 L/min and the total power 17.55 W.Its performance is comparable to that of a normal fan.
