摘要
采用拟水平正交试验的方法以铀浓度、pH值、固液比为条件对活性炭、阳离子树脂和石英砂吸附铀的非饱和试验进行优化,在非饱和试验的基础上进行饱和试验,并分别建立函数模型。结果表明,三种不同介质的吸附效果依次为:活性炭>阳离子树脂>石英砂,结合极差分析法和方差分析法,得出三种吸附介质的最优组合。利用SPSS拟合非饱和试验的函数模型,其中活性炭拟合二项式函数模型最佳、阳离子树脂拟合多元线性模型最佳。利用SPSS对最优组合条件下的饱和试验数据进行拟合,结果显示其显著性高于99%的“S”型函数。研究结果对于铀污染水体的修复条件优化起到了一定的预测和指导作用。
The quasi-horizontal orthogonal experiment is used to optimize the unsaturated experiments of uranium adsorption on activated carbon,cationic resin and quartz sand under the conditions of uranium concentration,pH and solid-liquid ratio.The saturation experiment is carried out on the basis of unsaturated experiments,and a function model is created.The experimental results show that the adsorption effects of three different medias are as follows:activated carbon is larger than cationic resin than quartz sand,combined with range analysis and variance analysis,the optimal combination of three adsorption medias is obtained.The SPSS is used to fit the functional model of the unsaturated experiment,in which the activated carbon fitting binomial function model is the best and the cationic resin fitting multivariate linear model is the best.Using SPSS to fit the saturation experimental data under the optimal combination conditions,the results show that the significance is higher than 99%of the"S"type function.The research results have played a certain role in predicting and guiding the optimization of the repair conditions of uranium-contaminated water bodies.
