钢渣土工应用渗透特性试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为使废弃钢渣在道路基层填充或地基回填等工程中被合理利用,根据粒径及化学组成将废弃钢渣分为细、粗、砾3种钢渣.通过颗粒分析试验、相对密度试验和比重试验得到了3种钢渣的基本物理参数;然后,考虑不同相对密实度、级配等因素开展纯钢渣的常水头渗透试验,测试各工况下的渗透系数;并分别推导出3种钢渣渗透系数的预测公式.研究结果表明:纯钢渣的渗透系数受粒径和相对密度影响较大,相对密度越大,渗透系数越小;细钢渣、粗钢渣以及砾钢渣的渗透系数分别在10-3、10-2以及10-5~10-3.修正后的Chapuis公式适用于粗、细钢渣渗透系数的预测,拟合所得砾钢渣渗透系数与实验值偏差较小.从渗透性能来看,钢渣适用于路基填充和建筑地基回填等实际工程中,研究结果为废弃钢渣合理用于路基等工程的设计与施工提供参考. To make the waste steel slag be rationally utilized in the road base filling engineering or foundation backfill engineering,the waste steel slag is divided into three kinds of steel slag according to different particle size and chemical composition of the steel slag in the yard which are fine,coarse and gravel.Three kinds of steel slag are implemented through the particle analysis test,the relative density test and the specific gravity test to obtain the basic physical properties parameter.Then,the constant water head penetration test of pure steel slag is carried out with different relative density and gradation,and the permeability coefficient under various working conditions is tested.The prediction formulas for the permeability coefficient of three kinds of steel slag were derived respectively.It is concluded that the permeability coefficient of pure steel slag is greatly influenced by particle size and relative density.The larger the relative density is,the smaller the permeability coefficient is.The rang of order of magnitude permeability coefficient of fine steel slag,coarse steel slag and gravel steel slag is 10-3,10-2and 10-5~10-3.The modified Chapuis formula is applicable to the calculation of permeability coefficient of fine steel slag and coarse steel slag.The calculation formula of permeability coefficient of gravel steel slag is almost equal to the experimental value.From the point of view of permeability,steel slag is suitable for the filling of subgrade and the backfilling of the building foundation.The research results provide reference for the design and construction of waste steel slag used in subgrade and other projects.
