摘要
把YC95(棕榈酰甘氨酸和硬脂酰谷氨酸混合氨基酸)用氢氧化钠中和后所得的氨基酸钠盐和椰油酰甘氨酸钾复配作为主要表面活性剂,加上助表面活性剂、润肤剂、增稠剂、pH调节剂,研制出一款清洁力适中、温和不刺激、稳定性能良好的氨基酸洁面膏。利用控制变量法,探究中和剂用量、增稠剂种类和用量等因素对氨基酸洁面膏的影响,经过多次实验,制得多款氨基酸洁面膏。经过性能测试筛选,确认当氨基酸表面活性剂、助表面活性剂用量确定时,选用氯化钠质量分数为2.00%,DM-638质量分数为2.00%,C39质量分数为1.00%,氢氧化钠质量分数为1.45%时制得的洁面膏,与单独使用氨基酸钾盐制得的洁面膏、单独使用氨基酸钠盐制得的洁面膏相比,所得复配氨基酸洁面膏膏体细腻不粗糙、软硬度合适、在较低温度时仍易挤出、稳定性能好、泡沫丰富细腻、冲洗滑感良好、易冲洗干净、使用后皮肤不干涩。
YC95(mixed amino acids of palmitoyl glycine and stearoylglutamic acid) was neutralized with sodium hydroxide to produce amino acid sodium salt and potassium cocoyl glycine as the main surfactant. A kind of mild amino acid cleanser with moderate cleaning power, no irritation and good stability was developed by adding cosurfactant, emollient, thickener and pH regulator. By using the method of control variables, the influence of neutralizer dosage, thickener type and dosage on amino acid cleanser was studied. After many experiments, many kinds of amino acid cleanser were made. Through the screening of performance test, it is confirmed that when the amount of amino acid surfactant and cosurfactant is determined, the sodium chloride mass fraction is 2.00%, DM-638 mass fraction is 2.00%, C39 mass fraction is 1.00%, and sodium hydroxide mass fraction is 1.45%, the cleanser made by using amino acid potassium salt alone, and the cleanser made by using amino acid sodium salt alone are selected. In comparison, the compound amino acid cleansing cream paste is fine and soft, with proper hardness. It is easy to extrude even at lower temperature. It also has the advantage of stability, rich foam, smoothness after rinsing, rinsing easiness and no feeling of dry after using.
