摘要
“全集成自动化(TIA)”是西门子公司为响应工业自动化过程控制的新需求而提出的系统集成概念。TIA其核心思想就是统一的数据管理、统一的标准、统一的接口,是集统一性和开放性于一身的自动化技术。本文依托TIA技术和思想,利用WinCC对集中除尘站现有的五大除尘系统进行整合,化分散为统一,达到监管控于一体。结果表明,该系统安全稳定、监控效果好,对于建设现代化智慧工厂具有重要意义。
TIA is a concept put forward by Siemens company in response to the new requirements of industrial automation process control.Its core idea is unified data management,unified standard and unified interface.It is an automation technology integrating unity and openness.Relying on this technology and thought,WinCC is used to integrate the five existing dedusting systems in the centralized dedusting station,which can be divided into a unified system and achieve the integration of supervision and control.The results show that the system is safe,stable and has good monitoring effect,which is of great significance for the construction of modern smart factory.
