摘要
本文对适用于高铁刹车闸片烧结工艺的链带式气氛烧结炉进行了介绍,包括了整体结构设计、炉膛结构及温区布置、气氛及氧含量控制、温度控制、传动计算等方面。炉膛的气氛控制及温区的布局对刹车闸片的烧结结果有着关键性的影响。相较于传统的烧结设备,链带式气氛烧结炉一方面解决了气氛及温度的控制问题,另一方面解决了连续批量生产的问题。提高产品质量的同时,更加节能、环保,自动化程度更高。对高铁刹车片的国产化提供了可靠的设备支持。
This paper introduces the chain-type atmosphere sintering furnace which is suitable for sintering process of brake pad in high-speed railway,including overall structure design,furnace structure and temperature zone layout,atmosphere and oxygen content control,temperature control,transmission calculation and so on.The atmosphere control of the furnace and the layout of the temperature zone have a key effect on the sintering results of the brake pad.Compared with traditional sintering equipment,the chain-band atmosphere sintering furnace solves the problem of controlling atmosphere and temperature on the one hand,and solves the problem of continuous batch production on the other hand.Improve the quality of products,more energy saving,environmental protection,higher degree of automation.It provides reliable equipment support for the localization of high-speed railway brake pads.
