国家产业质量技术基础示范应用研究——以武汉市岱家山科技创业城“一站式”服务为例

Research on the Demonstration and Application of Industrial Quality Technology Foundation——Take“One Stop”Service of Daijiashan Science and Technology Venture City in Wuhan as an Example

国家质量技术基础(NQI)被认为是解决全球质量治理问题的终极答案,并被我国快速接受。由于其理念的先进性,目前处于理论研究阶段,并未在全国大面积开展,急需试点实践。论文从武汉市试点区域质量技术基础的角度出发,分析了武汉市岱家山科技创业城“一站式”服务的区域质量发展的概况,详细分析了其运行模式和质量发展水平,分析了其当前NQI发展的不足和短板,给出了后期推广建议。

The national quality infrastructure is considered as the ultimate solution to the global quality governance problem,and it is quickly accepted by our country.Because of its advanced concept,it is at the stage of theoretical research and has not been carried out in a large scale in the whole country,so it is urgent to pilot practice.From the point of view of NQI,this paper analyses the general situation of regional quality development of"one-stop"service in Daijiashan Science and Technology Pioneer City of Wuhan,analyses its operation mode and quality development level in detail,analyses the shortcomings and shortcomings of its current NQI development,and gives some suggestions for its later promotion.
