摘要
海明威在创作中一贯遵循美国建筑师罗德维希提出的“越少,就越多”原则。在某种意义上,这一原则与接受美学的核心思想有相通之处,只不过海明威是从作家的角度重视文学的创作和欣赏,而接受美学是以读者为中心,重视读者的审美体验。海明威的代表作《雨中的猫》就因视角独特,意蕴深邃,充分调动了读者的接受欲望,不断满足并超越了读者的期待视野,显示了短小精悍的作品背后独具匠心的艺术魅力。
Hemingway always follows the principle of“the less,the more”that put forward by Rod Vehid,an American architect.In a sense,this principle has something in common with the core idea of reception aesthetics.Hemingway only paid attention to literary creation and appreciation from the perspective of the writer,while reception aesthetics focuses on the reader and attaches importance to the aesthetic experience of the reader.“The Cat in the Rain”,Hemingway’s representative work,has fully aroused the readers’desire for acceptance,constantly met and exceeded the readers’expectation vision,and displayed the unique artistic charm behind the short and tough work because of its unique perspective and profound meaning.
