由于历史和现实两方面的原因,导致教育系统育人主体模式根深蒂固,产业系统育人主体模式难以有效实行。随着经济的发展,产教系统错位越发严重,产教融合势在必行。破解产教融合的桎梏,关键在于构建非均衡发展机制。具体而言,先集中资源进行优势产教系统融合,使之产生辐射效应与扩散效用,带动相对劣势产教系统融合,最终实现产业系统与教育系统的全面、系统、高效的融合,保障产教融合的顺利进行。
