摘要
通过在镁质干式料中添加不同含量的铬铁渣,探讨其引入量对镁质中间包干式料在经过高温热处理后物理性能及抗渣性的影响,同时还与不加入铬铁渣的镁质干式料进行了相应的性能对比。通过X射线衍射以及扫描电子显微镜对镁质干式料的物相组成和显微结构进行表征。结果表明,铬铁渣引入量在3wt%时高温线变化率为-0.5%,体积密度及显气孔率分别为2.41 g/cm3、31.4%,抗折耐压强度为15 MPa、41 MPa,抗渣渗透深度4 mm。其高温线变化率,体积密度和抗渣渗透深度均优于无铬铁渣引入的镁质干式料。
By adding different content of ferrochrome slag into magnesia dry material,the influence of its introduction amount on physical properties and slag resistance of magnesia dry materials of tundish after high-temperature heat treatment were discussed.At the same time,the corresponding properties of magnesia dry materials without ferrochrome slag were compared.The phase composition and microstructure of magnesia dry materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope.The results show that when the ferrochrome slag is introduced at 3wt%,the change rate of high-temperature line is-0.5%,the bulk density and porosity are 2.41 g/cm3 and 31.4%,respectively,the flexural and compressive strength are 15 MPa and 41 MPa,and the anti-slag penetration depth is 4 mm.The rate of change of high temperature line,volume density and slag penetration resistance are all better than that of magnesia dry materials without ferrochrome slag.
