摘要 为了降低夏季路面温度、缓解路面车辙病害并兼具彩色靓丽效果,制备了一种具有阻热降温效果及美化道路功能的彩色热反射喷涂材料。通过室内试验和铺筑试验段,评价了喷涂材料路用性能。结果表明,彩色热反射喷涂材料阻热效果随喷涂材料用量的增加呈现上升趋势,其中鸡红色喷涂材料阻热效果最好。当喷涂材料用量低于0.73 kg/m2时满足路面抗滑要求。喷涂材料在水煮前后均满足一般涂层抗拉拔强度要求,且粘结强度比最低为87.5%,在加速磨耗仪运行50000转后喷涂材料的磨耗损失率低于1%,其耐腐蚀性和耐温变性良好。试验段路面抗滑性和耐久性良好,渗水性能显著高于普通路面,八月份最高阻热7.9℃。 In order to reduce the summer road temperature,alleviate the road rutting disease and have a colorful and beautiful effect,a color heat reflective spraying material with heat-blocking and cooling effect and beautifying the road function was prepared.The road performance of the sprayed materials was evaluated through laboratory tests and paving test sections.The results show that the heat-resistance effect of the color heat-reflecting spray material increases with the increase of the amount of spray material.Among them,the chicken red spray materials has the best heat-blocking effect.When the spray material dosage is less than 0.73 kg/m2,it meets the anti-slip requirements of the road surface.The material meets the requirements of general coating tensile strength before and after boiling,and the bond strength ratio is at least 87.5%.The wear loss rate of the sprayed material after 50000 rotation in the accelerated wear meter is less than 1%,and its corrosion resistance and temperature resistance are good.The road surface has good slip resistance and durability,and the water seepage performance is significantly higher than that of ordinary road surface.The highest heat resistance in August is 7.9℃.
