海南省卫校新生口腔保健知信行状况及影响因素研究

Study on KAP status and influencing factors of oral health among freshmen in Hainan Health School

目的了解海南省卫校新生的口腔保健知识、态度、行为(KAP)状况,为探索针对青少年人群口腔保健教育干预模式及评价干预效果提供参考。方法用整群随机抽样法,对海南某卫校2018年9月入学的新生1 758人进行口腔保健知信行调查。结果新生口腔健康知识得分平均32.1分,单因素分析表明,女生、户籍是城镇、母亲是非农业者的学生得分较高;口腔健康态度得分平均66.7分,口腔健康行为得分为61.9分;口腔保健知识与行为得分、态度与行为得分及态度与知识得分均呈正相关(r值分别为0.19、0.19、0.42,P均<0.01);多元逐步回归分析结果显示,户口和性别进入回归方程(R^2=0.007,t=7.69,P<0.01)。结论海南省卫校新生口腔保健知识较欠缺,口腔保健意识行为较差,需有针对性地制订口腔健康教育干预计划,以促进口腔健康行为习惯的养成。

Objective To study the knowledge,attitude and behavior(KAP)status of oral health care among freshmen in Hainan Health School for exploring the intervention model of oral health education and evaluating the intervention effect on adolescents.Methods A cluster random sampling method was carried out to investigate the KAP status of oral health care among 1 758 freshmen in Hainan Health School in September 2018.Results The mean knowledge score was 32.1.The scores of freshmen of female,urban and mother’s occupation with non-farmer were at higher levels by single factor analysis.The mean score for oral health attitude was 66.7 and the score for behavior was 61.9.The correlation coefficients of the scores between knowledge and behavior,attitude and behavior,attitude and knowledge were positive(r values were 0.19,0.19 and 0.42,respectively,and P<0.01).The multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the area and gender of the freshmen were screened into the equation.Conclusion The oral health knowledge of freshmen in Hainan Health School is lackeing,and the awareness and behaviors are also not so good.Oral health education intervention is urgently needed to promote students’ oral health behaviors.
