摘要
目的探究香烟烟雾水溶物(WSCCS)对未成年雌性小鼠卵巢发育的影响,探究茶多酚(TP)的干预作用。方法将70只雌性3周龄清洁级ICR小鼠随机分为7组:对照组、A1组(WSCCS 0.01)、A2组(WSCCS0.01+TP50)、A3组(WSCCS 0.01+TP100)、B1组(WSCCS 0.04)、B2组(WSCCS 0.04+TP50)、B3组(WSCCS 0.04+TP100)。腹腔注射染毒、茶多酚灌胃干预至小鼠成年(60天龄),每日记录体重,末次染毒后检测血清雌二醇、孕酮浓度,在显微镜下计数各级卵泡。结果实验期间各组小鼠一般情况良好。A1组血清孕酮浓度高于对照组和B1组;A1组卵巢脏器系数高于B1组;TP干预后,A1组小鼠孕酮的浓度高于A2、A3组,A1组卵巢系数高于A3组;B2组卵巢系数高于B1组。镜下未发现WSCCS与TP对各级卵泡构成比的影响。结论香烟烟雾水溶物对雌性小鼠卵巢发育有一定毒性,而茶多酚对此有一定的保护作用。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of water soluble contents of cigarette smoke(WSCCS)on ovary development of underage female mice,to analyze the intervention of tea-polyphenols(TP).Methods Totally 70 healthy female mice aged 3 weeks were randomly divided into 7 groups:Control group,Group A,including A1(WSCCS 0.01),A2(WSCCS 0.01+TP50),and A3(WSCCS 0.01+TP100)and Group B,including B1(WSCCS 0.04),B2(WSCCS 0.04+TP50),and B3(WSCCS 0.04+TP100).WSCCS was injected intraperitoneally and TP was given by gavage until them grow up(aged 60 days).The body weights were recorded daily.The concentrations of serum estradiol and progesterone were measured after the last exposure,and the follicles were counted by microscope.Results All mice were in good condition during the experiment.The concentration of progesterone in A1 group was higher than that of control group and B1 group.The ovary coefficient in A1 group was higher than that of B1 group.After intervention by TP,the concentration of progesterone in A1 group was higher than those of A2 group and A3 group.The ovary coefficient in A1 group was higher than that of A3,and ovary coefficient in B2 group was higher than that of B1.No effect of WSCCS and TP on the percentages of follicles were found by microscope.Conclusion WSCCS exist certain toxicity on ovarian development while TP have protective effect on it.
