Analysis of the Effect of Technological Innovation on the Growth of Insurance Companies

运用因子分析法构建保险公司成长性评价指标,在此基础上探究科技创新影响保险公司成长性的具体机制。研究结果显示:科技创新对保险公司的成长性有显著的促进作用。提高保险公司的成长性,要从人员和资金同时入手,加大投入,提升科技创新能力,这样才能保证保险公司快速发展。

This paper applied factor analysis method to construct the growth evaluation index of insurance companies,and explored the mechanism of technological innovation affecting the growth of insurance companies.The research found that,there was significant promoting effect in this relation.In order to increase the growth of insurance companies,we should increase the input of investment and staff to ensure the rapid development of insurance companies.
