摘要
公立医院作为我国医疗服务的主体,承担了绝大多数医疗救治工作,如何做好公立医院人力资源管理,成为决定医院改革和发展的决定性因素。文章列举公立医院人力资源管理面临的问题,分析产生问题的原因,结合建立现代医院管理制度的要求,提出了创新公立医院人力资源开发和管理的对策。
As the major force in China medical service system,public hospitals have taken most medical treatment work.Elevating the human resource management level is vital for the reform and development of hospitals.This article listed the problems facing by human resources management in public hospitals,and analyzed the reasons behind.Based on the requirements for establishing modern hospital management system,we proposed innovative countermeasures to better develop and manage human resources in public hospitals.
