摘要
教学学术是关于“教”与“学”的理论(原理)与技术(方法)的集合,也是大学固有的各种能力的合力:大学核心竞争力的表现。教学学术可分为显性和隐性两种,显性的可用传统媒介来表征;隐性的可用现代电磁媒介来表征。这种高水平的教学评价方式强调对教师教学学术能力成长的促进,注重教学工作与教学研究成果的有机结合,注重“量”与“质”、结果与过程的考评,注重自我评价与同行评价的结合与本人的认同,是一种准确、客观、公正、全面、科学、合理的评价方式。
Teaching academy is a set of theory and method about teaching and learning,and is the manifestation of core-competitiveness of universities which is the resultant of various capacities possessed by them.Teaching academy can be classed as explicit and implicit ones.Explicit teaching academy can be characterized by traditional media,while implicit teaching academy can be characterized by modern magnetic media.Such a high level of teaching evaluation method emphasizes the promotion of teachers'academic ability,as well as the organic combination of teaching processes and research achievements.It also focuses on the evaluation of"quantity"and"quality",as well as results and processes.Furthermore,it stresses the combination of self-evaluation,peer evaluation and self-identity.Therefore,it is an accurate,objective,just,overall,scientific and reasonable way of evaluation.
