Practical Teaching System Construction of Hotel Management Major in Local Colleges of Finance and Economics

实践教学是培养学生应用能力、创新能力和综合素质,实现人才培养目标的重要环节,构建完善的实践教学体系是保障实践教学效果的前提条件。通过调查访谈和比较分析的方法,对山西财经大学与全国64所高校酒店管理专业的比较,分析了山西财经大学的优劣势,构建了实现培养目标的集课程实验、专业实践和社会实践三位一体的酒店管理专业实践教学体系。

Practical teaching is vital for cultivating students'application ability,innovation ability and comprehensive quality,even for achieving training goals.So well-established practical teaching system is the prerequisite to ensure teaching effect.Through the comparison of Hotel Management major in Shanxi University of Finance and economics(SXUFE)as well as other 64 universities in China,this paper applied the methods of survey interview and comparative analysis,and studied the advantages and disadvantages of the major in SXUFE.In the end,the author constructed the practical teaching system of Hotel Management major,integrating curriculum experiment,professional practice and social practice.
