摘要
现有研究很少关注多类型伙伴影响创新绩效的比较。针对这一局限,本文对比了企业和科研、行业及政府三种类型伙伴的合作对渐进性和突破性创新绩效的影响作用。基于中国医药制造行业79家公司2007—2017年的447个研发联盟样本的实证分析,结果表明:随着伙伴数量增加,对渐进性创新绩效而言,政府伙伴的促进作用最强,行业伙伴次之,科研伙伴最低;对突破性创新绩效而言,科研伙伴的促进作用最强,行业伙伴次之,政府伙伴最低;科研伙伴更有利于促进突破性而不是渐进性创新绩效,行业和政府伙伴更有利于促进渐进性而不是突破性创新绩效。
The existing research rarely pays attention to the comparative analysis of the impacts of different types of partners on innovation performance.To address the limitation,the research discusses the comparative effect of scientific,industrial and governmental partners on incremental and breakthrough innovation performance.Based on the empirical analysis of 447 R&D alliance samples of 79 firms in China s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry from 2007 to 2017,the results show that as the number of multiple type partners increases,for incremental innovation performance,the effect of governmental partners is stronger than industrial partners,and the effect of industrial partners is stronger than scientific partners;For breakthrough innovation performance,scientific partners play a stronger role than industrial partners,and the effect of industrial partners is stronger than governmental partners.Scientific partners are more conducive to breakthrough innovation,industrial and governmental partners are more conducive to incremental innovation.
