要素禀赋差异、行业异质性与区域创意能力——基于省级面板数据的实证研究

Factor Endowment Differences,Business Heterogeneity and Regional Creative Ability:Empirical Research based on Provincial Panel Data

中国现阶段区域经济产业趋同问题突出,各地区行业结构与布局差异明显,造成区域创意能力水平参差不齐。本文构建一个要素禀赋差异、行业异质性与区域创意能力理论分析框架,探析异质性行业结构对区域创意能力提升的影响,通过比较生产投入的资本与劳动要素禀赋差异,发现行业异质性能够促进地区创意能力的提高,异质性资本更能够促进市场包容度和创意人才的增加,异质性劳动更能够促进创意人才和技术的进步,而且这些影响具有正反馈的乘数效应。上述结论不仅补充了产业组织理论在创意经济上的应用,验证了劳动力迁移是由投入要素单一化部门向投入要素多元化部门进行,也有助于厘清行业异质性提升区域创意能力、改善创意环境的作用机理。

At present,the convergence of regional economy and industry in China is prominent,and the differences in industrial structure and layout in various regions are obvious,resulting in the uneven level of regional creative ability.This paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework of factor endowment difference,industry heterogeneity and regional creative ability to analyze the influence of heterogeneous industry structure on regional creative ability improvement,finding that industry heterogeneity can promote the improvement of regional creative ability,heterogeneous capital can promote the increase of market inclusion and creative talents,heterogeneous labor can promote the progress of creative talents and technology,and these effects have a positive feedback multiplier effect.The above conclusions not only supplement the application of industrial organization theory in creative economy,but also verify that labor migration is carried out from the department of single input factors to the department of multiple input factors,and help to clarify the mechanism of industry heterogeneity to improve regional creative ability and creative environment.
