摘要
以三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPP)为阻燃剂,用锥形量热仪,探索MPP添加量对竹纤维(BF)/聚丙烯(PP)复合材料阻燃性能的影响。结果显示:MPP的加入,使BF/PP复合材料在燃烧时形成致密的炭层,残炭率增加、点燃时间延长、总热释放量、总烟释放量及燃烧速度明显下降,产生的CO2气体减少,抑烟效果显著。
In this laboratory study,melamine pyrophosphate(MPP)as the flame retardant was added at various mass ratios to the bamboo fiber(BF)/polypropylene(PP)composites.Combustion performance of the composite samples were measured using cone calorimeter.The results showed that adding MPP contributed to formation of a dense carbon layer on the surface of the composite samples during combustion process.The charring yield and the time to ignition(tign)were increased,while the total heat release rate,the total smoke release rate and the combustion speed were all reduced significantly and the production of CO2 were decreased considerably.The smoke suppression property of the composite samples with MPP as the flame retardant was improved effectively.
