摘要
为了防止原木中的金属夹杂物对单板旋切设备的损坏,对现有单板旋切生产线的原木输送机进行改造设计:增加了金属探测装置,并与电涡流传感器检测装置联合作用,以提高检测灵敏度;增加了U型槽及液压控制开合的挡板,用于分离含金属杂物的原木,保证旋切线安全生产。
Aiming at protecting rotary veneer lathes from metal debris exited in logs,new devices composed of metal detectors and eddy current sensors which was used to enhance detecting sensitivity were installed in log conveyors of a rotary veneer production line.In addition,a U-shaped groove with a hydraulically controlled baffle was also used to disengage the logs which were detected to contain metal debris inside.The system could be helpful to protect rotary veneer production lines.
