新型冠状病毒SARS-CoV-2的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 截至2020年3月30日,全球新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)感染者超70万例,死亡人数35 020例。世界卫生组织(WHO)于2020年3月12日宣布此次由SARS-CoV-2病毒引起的COVID-19已具有全球大流行特征。目前,尚无针对该病毒的疫苗或特效药,针对SARS-CoV-2的最有效措施还是早期发现,隔离新的感染源及对确诊患者的诊断和治疗。为应对此次疫情,详细了解病毒的性质及其临床特征至关重要,主要对新型冠状病毒的结构与基因组、流行病学、疾病诊断及治疗等方面的研究进展进行了综述。 As of 30 March,2020,there are now more than 700 000 cases of the COVID-19 in global,and 35 020 people have lost their lives. WHO has declared that COVID-19 caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus has global pandemic characteristics on 12 March 2020. There is currently no vacuna or specific medicine against the virus. The most effective measures to SARS-CoV-2 are still early detection and quarantine of new sources of infection,and early diagnosis and supportive treatments for confirmed patients. Therefore,it is critical to understand the nature of the virus and its clinical characteristics,in order to respond to the COVID-19 outbreak. This review is focused on recent and current trends on SARS-CoV-2 genome,structure,clinical disease,epidemiology,laboratory diagnosis and treatment.
