摘要
为探索华北平原冬小麦籽粒产量、品质及水分利用效率对水分胁迫的响应规律,通过2个生长季(2010-2012年)的大田试验,重点研究喷灌条件下,不同水分供应模式对冬小麦地上部生物量、经济产量、籽粒品质及水分利用效率的影响。结果表明:与全生育期充分供水处理相比,返青-拔节期适度水分亏缺以及灌浆成熟期适度水分亏缺处理的收获指数、水分利用效率以及灌溉水利用效率均有不同程度的提高,籽粒产量略有增加或减产幅度较小,同时不同程度改善了籽粒品质;综合考虑经济产量、籽粒品质以及水分利用效率和灌溉水利用效率,试验条件下返青-拔节期适度水分亏缺和灌浆-成熟期轻度水分亏缺可作为当地喷灌冬小麦适宜的优质高效灌水模式。
In order to explore the irrigation index of winter wheat with sprinkling irrigation in North China, a 2-yeargrowing season(2010-2012) field experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of economic yield, grain quality and water use efficiency of winter wheat with different sprinkling irrigation. The results show that the different effects of water-deficits on biomass, economic yield, grain quality and water use efficiency based on the growing stages in which the water deficits are applied. There is no significantly decreased grain yield, but the grain quality water use efficiency and irrigation water use efficiency are significantly increased and the protein ratio and gluten ratio have been improved when water deficits applied during from turning green to elongation stage and grain filling of winter wheat. Comprehensive consideration economic yield, grain quality, water use efficiency especially irrigation water use efficiency, irrigation strategy of T2, T3 and T6 can be used as appropriate sprinkling irrigation mode for the local winter wheat.
