摘要
刮板输送机链轮链环啮合时,可能会由于结构尺寸不合理,导致啮合面受力不均匀,引发的应力集中现象。针对这一问题,以SGZ800/800型刮板输送机为例,利用UG软件对链轮链环啮合情况进行建模分析,发现立环内侧周围的链轮上出现了明显的应力集中现象。在此基础上对啮合牙形进行了优化改进,改善了啮合面的受力情况,提升了刮板输送机链轮链环啮合面的工作稳定性。
When the sprocket of a scraper conveyor meshes,the stress on the meshing surface may be uneven due to the unreasonable structure size.In response to this problem,taking the SGZ800/800 scraper conveyor as an example,the UG software was used to model and analyze the meshing of the sprocket and chain ring,and it was found that obvious stress concentration appeared on the sprocket around the inside of the vertical ring.On this basis,the optimization of the meshing tooth profile was made,which improved the stress on the meshing surface,and the working stability of the meshing surface of the sprocket chain ring of the scraper conveyor.
