摘要 邢台矿洗煤厂针对因浮选入料中高灰细泥导致的浮选效果一直不理想的情况,根据自身生产条件及设备布置特点,通过对管路改动,实现了单开B系统时浮选机与浮选柱的串联浮选,且进行了2次工业性试验,取得了较好的效果,为进一步实现串联浮选改造奠定了基础。 Because of the influence of high ash fine mud in the flotation feed in Xingtai Coal Washing Plant,the flotation effect is not ideal all the time.According to its own production conditions and equipment layout characteristics of the plant,the series flotation of the flotation machine and the flotation column was realized in the single opening B system through the modification of the pipeline,and the results of two industrial tests were better,thereby laying the foundation for further realization of the series flotation transformation.
