摘要 本文针对以直觉模糊、犹豫模糊和灰色模糊混合特征的煤矿水灾应急预案有效性评估问题,提出一种建立决策者和决策属性权重信息完全未知的多属性群决策模型。从预案内容的角度梳理了煤矿水灾应急预案有效性评估的指标体系。为有效避免主观赋权所导致的不合理性,基于AHP一致性检验的方法确定决策属性的权重信息,对决策属性进行排序,并对影响评估的因素进行优选,从而确定更加科学的评价体系。 Based on a multi-attribute group decision-making model for establishing coalmine flood emergency response plans with mixed features of intuitionistic fuzzy,hesitant fuzzy,a multi-attribute group decision model to establish the decision maker and the decision attribute weight information completely unknown was proposed.From the perspective of the content of the plan,the index system for evaluating the effectiveness of the coal mine flood emergency plan was combed.In order to effectively avoid the irrationality caused by subjective weighting,based on the method of AHP consistency test,the weight information of decision attributes was determined,the decision attributes were ranked,and the factors affecting the evaluation were optimized to determine a more scientific evaluation system.
