摘要
为治理常村煤矿S5-13工作面瓦斯灾害,采用密集顺层钻孔对S5-13工作面预抽,消除瓦斯灾害。密集顺层钻孔破坏了煤体原始应力,在钻孔周围形成卸压带,能有效增加煤层裂隙、瓦斯通道提高抽采效率。本文详细叙述了S5-13工作面顺层钻孔的钻孔参数并对2条回采巷道的瓦斯抽采进行数据观测,S5-13工作面采用密集顺层钻孔布置后,其抽采效果较好,瓦斯纯量较高,降低了煤层瓦斯含量,成功解决了S5-13工作面瓦斯灾害,保证了矿井的安全生产。
In order to deal with the gas disaster in the S5-13 working face of Changcun Mine,the S5-13 working face was pre-drained with dense layered drilling to eliminate the gas disaster.Dense bedding drilling destroyed the original stress of the coal body and formed a pressure relief zone around the borehole,which could effectively increase coal seam cracks and gas passages and effectively improve extraction efficiency.The drilling parameters of the bedding in the S5-13 working face and the data of gas drainage in the two mining roadways were analyzed.After using the dense bedding drilling arrangement in the S5-13 working face,the extraction effect was relatively good,the pure gas content was high,the gas content in the coal seam was reduced,the gas disaster in the S5-13 working face was successfully solved,and the safe production of the mine was guaranteed.
