服务全民终身学习的教育体系构建呼唤新方法--对话河北师范大学博士生导师徐莉 被引量:2

摘要 党的十九届四中全会提出构建服务全民终身学习的教育体系,指明了我国新时代教育现代化发展方向。本文访谈对象认为,当今,现代终身教育领域仍存在一些世界范围内尚未解决的理论难题,诸如概念界定混乱不清等问题,而沿袭至今的简单还原式的传统方法,愈来愈证明不能解决终身教育的理论难题。新时代服务全民终身学习的教育体系构建呼唤新方法。基于此,本文访谈对象在密切跟踪世界科学发展前沿信息,吸收世界新科学研究成果的基础上,创立了引入复杂性范式的终身教育整体性研究方法,并据此设计出一套具可操作性的概念界定工具,为破解终身教育理论困局和新时代服务全民终身学习的教育体系构建提供了新的方法论参考。 It was proposed to construct an education system for national life-long learning at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Party.This pointed out the development direction for the educational modernization in the new era.The interviewees in this article believe that there are still some unsolved theoretical problems in the field of modern life-long education in the world,such as the confusion of the concept definition and so on.It has been increasingly proved that the traditional methodology of simple reduction though still being followed,is unable to solve the theoretical problems of life-long education.New methodologies are required for the construction of education system that may serve the national life-long learning in the new era.Based on this,on the basis of closely tracking the world’s scientific development frontier information and absorbing the world’s new scientific research results,the interviewees in this article have created a holistic research method of lifelong education that introduces the complexity paradigm,and also accordingly developed a set of operable conceptual definition tools so as to provides a new methodological reference for solving the theoretical predicament of lifelong education and the construction of an education system that serves national life-long learning in the new era.
