摘要
校企文化融合是深化产教融合、提高校企合作质量的必然路径,但在我国校企文化融合中存在融合层次不够深入、融合路径较为单一、融合缺乏全员参与等问题。因此,有必要从企业文化建设角度,借鉴企业跨文化管理中文化融合经验,通过对校企文化融合内生动力和外生动力的分析,从识别文化差异、进行"跨文化"培训、实施"跨文化"管理、融合创新校企文化等四个维度探寻融合策略,以期促进校企文化全方位、深层次融合。
School-enterprise cultural integration is an inevitable path to deepen the integration of production and education and improve the quality of school-enterprise cooperation.However,there are some problems in the process,such as insufficient integration level,single integration path,and lack of full participation in integration.Therefore,it is necessary to proceed from the perspective of enterprise culture construction,learn from the experience of cultural integration in cross-cultural management of enterprises,analyze the endogenous and exogenous dynamics of school-enterprise culture integration,and explore the integration strategy from four dimensions:identifying cultural differences,"cross-cultural" training,implementing "cross-cultural" management,innovating school-enterprise culture,with a view to promoting all aspects and deep integration of school-enterprise culture.
