摘要
我国着力推进创新创业升级,高校"双创"教育步入内涵式发展进程。民办高职院校创业指导教师的胜任素质状况如何,影响着创业指导工作的质量。民办高职院校创业指导教师应该具备创业的实践能力、专业技能、专业知识、服务能力及创新思维五个维度的胜任素质。采用问卷调查及访谈的方法调研了江西省16所民办高职院校创业指导教师的胜任素质状况。调研发现,当前创业指导教师五个维度的胜任能力并不理想,难以深化创新创业教育工作。因此,建议从优化国家制度设计、加强社会支持、有效实施院校措施、增进自我发展意识等四个层面来提升民办高职院校创业指导教师的胜任力。
With China’s efforts to promote the upgrading of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,innovation and entrepreneurial education in universities has entered a connotative development process.The qualifications of private vocational colleges’ entrepreneurship instructors affect the quality of entrepreneurial guidance.This study illustrates that private vocational colleges’ entrepreneurship instructors should have five dimensions of competency:entrepreneurial practical ability,professional skills,professional knowledge,service ability and innovative thinking.By means of questionnaires and interviews,this paper investigates the competence of entrepreneurship instructors in 16 private vocational colleges in Jiangxi province.The survey found that the current entrepreneurship instructors’ competence and ability are not ideal,it is difficult to deepen the education on innovation and entrepreneurship.Therefore,it is suggested to improve the competence of entrepreneurship instructors in private vocational colleges from four aspects:optimizing national system design,enhancing social support,perfecting college policies,and enhancing self-development awareness.
