摘要 造船门式起重机由各类金属结构件焊接而成,在长期使用过程中会因疲劳出现开焊、开裂甚至断裂等现象。为了准确的对起重机疲劳寿命进行预测,验证有限元模型建立的可行度,并为后续疲劳分析提供合理的计算模型,以440 t级的造船门式起重机为研究对象,对起重机钢结构进行载荷试验,通过现场应力测试获取主梁、刚腿处的应力,并与有限元计算结果对比验证,证明该有限元模型的合理性,可为进一步的疲劳计算提供基础。 Shipbuilding gantry crane is made of all kinds of metal structure parts by welding.In the long-term use,there will be open welding,cracking and even fracture due to fatigue.In order to accurately predict the fatigue life of the crane,verify the feasibility of the finite element model,and provide a reasonable calculation model for the subsequent fatigue analysis,the 440 t shipbuilding gantry crane is taken as the research object to carry out load test on the crane steel structure.The stress of main girder and rigid leg is obtained by field stress test,and compared with the results of finite element calculation,it is proved that the finite element model is reasonable,which can provide a basis for further fatigue calculation.
