Research on Key Technologies of Over Age Service Port Equipment Non-destructive Relocation and Modernization Upgrading

现有港口的改造和搬迁导致许多超龄服役大型港口机械设备需要进行搬迁,总结了超龄服役大型港口设备无损搬迁关键技术及其现代化升级关键技术。应用该技术,可延长超龄服役大型港口设备的使用寿命,节省建设资金投入。该技术符合国家智慧港口建设发展战略,可供其他港口实施类似设备搬迁及现代化升级改造时参考。

The reconstruction and relocation of the existing port lead to the relocation of many large-scale over age port machinery and equipment.The key technologies of non-destructive relocation and modernization upgrading of large-scale over age port equipment are summarized,which can prolong the service life of large-scale over age service port equipment,save construction capital investment.It conform to the national smart port construction and development strategy,and provide reference for other ports to implement similar equipment relocation and modernization upgrading.
