基于取样法粉尘浓度的翻车机底层通风工艺设计

摘要 以传统取样法测定的多种工况下翻车机底层典型位置粉尘浓度为依据,综合考虑现场维修、作业要求以及峰平谷分时电价区别,制订了翻车机底层通风工艺,可有效控制翻车机底层的粉尘浓度,大幅度降低通风机的能耗,保障职业卫生健康,实现节能降耗和降本增效。 Based on the dust concentration measured by the traditional sampling method at the typical position of the bottom layer of the dumper under various working conditions,the site maintenance,operation requirements and the difference of time-of-use price between peak and valley are comprehensively considered.The ventilation technology of the bottom layer of the dumper is established,which can effectively control the dust concentration,greatly reduce the energy consumption of the ventilator,and ensure the occupational health.So the purpose of energy saving,cost reduction and efficiency increase can be achieved.
