基于医疗环境的智能运输设备研究

摘要 对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情隔离医院和骨科医院等进行线上研究,以期对于医院内部的运输设备现状以及有待改良处进行全面认知,为即将要进行的设计做出全面准备。对相关医院和相关人员进行线上调查和咨询,以问题和旅程图的形式梳理目前设备和人员流动的缺陷与改进方向。目前医院内部物品运输方式众多,且存在不规范和不统一,同时物品流通过程特别是药品运输过程存在一部分相应的风险。物品运输设备实现信息化和智能化在医疗环境中至关重要,因此需要结合服务设计和工业设计来设计一款在医疗环境中的无接触式智能运输设备,提高整体工作效率,减缓医患矛盾。 In this paper,the epidemic isolation hospital and orthopedic hospital were studied on-line in order to make a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of transportation equipment in the hospital and the areas to be improved,and to make a comprehensive preparation for the upcoming design.Conduct online investigation and consultation on relevant hospitals and personnel,and sort out the defects and improvement direction of current equipment and personnel flow in the form of questions and journey maps.At present,there are many ways of goods transportation in the hospital,and there are some risks in the process of goods circulation,especially in the process of drug transportation.It is very important to realize information and intelligence of goods transportation equipment in the medical environment. Therefore,it is necessary to design a contactless intelligent transportation equipment in the medical environment by combining service design and industrial design,so as to improve the overall work efficiency and ease the contradiction between doctors and patients.
