加拿大安大略省中小学课后托管模式探析 被引量:2

摘要 结合加拿大近年来青少年儿童放学后无人监管,身心健康水平不佳,低收入家庭和农村地区青少年儿童精神生活匮乏等状况,安大略省的课后托管项目经历从民间机构自发组织的模式到由政府主导、学区运行、第三方机构协作开展的模式,积累了丰富的经验,为我国解决"三点半难题"提供了借鉴参考。我国应参考安大略省的经验,在政府主导下建立全面的放学后服务体系,通过课后托管项目倡导健康的生活方式,确保所有青少年儿童都有机会享有高质量的放学后服务。 Adolescents of Canada have faced many challenges and risks to physical and mental health without adult guard, especially those in rural areas and low-income families. To meet the challenges, Ontario has witnessed a great progress of the after-school programs to be launched from non-government-led institutions to government-directed, school district-run and third-party agencies, accumulating abundant experiences to solve the"three-and-a-half-o’clock predicament". This provides good implications for China to establish a comprehensive after-school service system guided by the governments to ensure all children to be guarded with high-quality after-school services.
