胃镜下组织胶水与应用生长抑素序贯治疗难治性非静脉曲张上消化道大出血的探索

Exploration of the Refractory Non-variceal Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding Through Endoscapic Therapy with Tissue Adhesive and Sequential Somatostatin

目的评价胃镜下用组织胶水与应用生长抑素序贯治疗难治性非静脉曲张上消化道大出血的疗效与安全性。方法对22例难治性非静脉曲张上消化道大出血的患者行胃镜下注射组织胶水止血后,再连续应用生长抑素持续静脉泵入(0.25 mg/h),共用3~5 d,观察止血效果及并发症。结果止血成功率为100%(22/22),并发症少且轻微。结论胃镜下用组织胶水与应用生长抑素序贯治疗难治性非静脉曲张上消化道大出血的疗效可靠、安全、简便。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the refractory non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding through endoscapic therapy with tissue adhesive and sequentiall somatostatin. Methods 22 patients with refractory non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding were treated through endoscapic therapy with tissue adhesive and sequential somatostatin and then the hemostatic effect and complications were observed. Results The success rate of hemostasis was 100%(22/22), with few and minor complications. Conclusion The efficacy of the refractory non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding through endoscapic therapy with tissue adhesive and somatostatin sequentially was reliable, safe and simple.
