结核丸对耐多药患者氧化应激因子与肺功能以及治疗效果的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Tuberculosis Pill on Oxidative Stress Factor, Lung Function and Therapeutic Effect in Patients with Multidrug-Resistant Drugs

摘要 目的分析结核丸对耐多药患者氧化应激因子、肺功能以及治疗效果的影响。方法选取新乡医学院第一附属医院2014年2月-2018年1月期间收治的耐多药肺结核患者64例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组患者采用常规抗肺结核方案进行治疗,观察组患者加用结核丸,分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果观察组患者空洞闭合时间、痰培养转阴时间、痰定量PCR阴转时间短于对照组,痰菌转阴率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者炎症因子、总氧化态(TOS)、总抗氧化态(TAS)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、TAS水平高于对照组,降钙素原(PCT)、白介素-10(IL-10)TOS水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者肺功能指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结核丸辅助治疗耐多药肺结核效果较好,可减轻炎症反应和氧化应激损伤,改善肺功能,加快痰培养转阴时间。 Objective To analyze the effect of tuberculosis pill on oxidative stress factor, lung function and therapeutic effect in patients with multidrug-resistant drugs. Methods 64 patients with multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to the hospital from February, 2014 to January, 2018 were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional anti-tuberculosis regimen. The patients in the observation group were treated with tuberculosis pills on this basis. The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results In the observation group, the cavity closure time, the sputum culture clearance time and the sputum quantitative PCR clearance time were shorter than the control group, the negative rate of sputum was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors, TOS and TAS in the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of IFN-γ and TAS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of PCT, IL-10 and TOS were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in lung function index between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of FEV1, FEV1/FVC and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Tuberculosis pills are effective in the treatment of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis, which can reduce inflammation and oxidative stress, improve lung function, and accelerate the clearance time of sputum culture.
