铸瓷高嵌体修复根管治疗后牙牙体的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Cast Porcelain High Inlay in Root Canal Treatment of Posterior Teeth

目的评价铸瓷高嵌体修复根管治疗后牙牙体的临床效果。方法选取于2016年2月-2018年2月期间在贵阳市口腔医院治疗的56例患者的60颗后牙作为研究对象,采用铸瓷高嵌体修复,及改良USPHS制定修复评价标准,分别在术后6、12和18个月对修复体进行复查、评价。结果修复体完整占比高达96.7%,无破裂、脱落现象,95.0%的修复体无食物嵌塞、牙龈炎等症状。结论铸瓷高嵌体修复根管治疗后牙临床效果良好,在功能、生物、美学方面优势明显,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of cast porcelain high inlay in the treatment of posterior teeth. Methods60 posterior teeth of 56 patients from February,2016 to Frebruamy,2017 in our hospital were selected as the Study subjects,theywere restored with cast porcelain high inlay,and the restoration evaluation criteria were established by modified USPHS. The restoration was reexamined and evaluated 6,12 and 18 months after operation,respectively. Results The proportion of intact restoration was as high as 96.7%. There was no rupture and shedding phenomenon. 95.0% of the restorations had no symptoms,such as food impaction and gingivitis. Conclusion The clinical effect of cast porcelain high inlay in the treatment of posterior teeth is good,and it has obvious advantages in function,biology and aesthetics. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
