参芎葡萄糖注射液联合纤溶酶对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Shenqi Glucose Injection Combined with Plasmin on Patients with Stable Angina Pectoris

目的探讨参芎葡萄糖注射液联合纤溶酶治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法选取于2017年11月-2018年11月间漯河医学高等专科学校第二附属医院收治的冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者92例,按随机数字表法分为研究组(n=46)和对照组(n=46)。对照组给予参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗,研究组给予参芎葡萄糖注射液联合纤溶酶治疗,比较治疗前后两组治疗总有效率、心绞痛发作情况和血液检测指标。结果研究组治疗总有效率为91.30%高于对照组的73.91%(P<0.05);研究组心绞痛发作频率低于对照组、发作时间短于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组凝血酶原时间(PT)明显延长、纤维蛋白原(FIB)含量明显减少、血小板聚集率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论参芎葡萄糖注射液联合纤溶酶应用于冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者中疗效确切,可抑制血小板凝聚,增加心肌供氧、供血,可有效改善心绞痛发作情况。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Glucose Injection combined with plasmin in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris. Methods 92 patients with stable angina pectoris admitted to the hospital from November,2017 to November,2018 were enrolled. According to randomized digital table method,they were divided into study group(n=46) and control group(n=46). In the treatment of sputum glucose injection,the study group was treated with Shenqi glucose injection combined with plasmin treatment,and the total effective rate,angina pectoris and blood test indicators were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 91.30%,which was higher than that of the control group(73.91%)(P<0.05). The frequency of angina pectoris was lower in the study group than in the control group,and the attack time was shorter than the control group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the prothrombin time(PT) was significantly prolonged,the fibrinogen(FIB) content was significantly decreased,and the platelet aggregation rate was significantly decreased(P<0.05). Conclusion Shenqi Glucose Injection combined with fibrinolytic enzyme is effective in patients with stable angina pectoris. It can inhibit platelet aggregation,increase myocardial oxygen supply and blood supply,and effectively improve the incidence of angina pectoris.
