宝石CT冠状动脉运动冻结技术的应用分析

Application Analysis of Coronary Artery Motion Freezing Technique in Gem CT

目的探讨宝石CT冠状动脉运动冻结技术的应用价值。方法回顾性分析72例患者在云浮市人民医院行CT冠状动脉造影的影像学资料,所有患者均采用标准算法和冠状动脉运动冻结技术(SSF)进行图像重建,比较两种重建方法的图像质量评分情况。结果本研究72例患者使用冠状动脉运动冻结技术后,左旋支在两种算法之间的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),右冠状动脉、左主干、左前降支的图像质量评分均明显高于标准算法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CT冠状动脉运动冻结技术较标准算法更能明显提高CT冠状动脉成像的图像质量,矫正冠状动脉运动伪影,极大程度提高图像质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application value of gemstone CT coronary artery motion freezing technique.Methods The imaging data of 72 patients undergoing CT coronary angiography in the hospital were analyzed retrospectively. The standard algorithm and coronary artery motion freezing technique(SSF) were used for image reconstruction,and the image quality scores of the two reconstruction methods were compared. Results After using coronary artery motion freezing technique, there was no significant difference in left circumflex artery between the two algorithms(P>0.05). The image quality scores of right coronary artery,left main coronary artery and left anterior descending branch were significantly higher than those of standard algorithm. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the standard algorithm,CT coronary motion freezing technique can significantly improve the image quality of CT coronary artery imaging,correct coronary artery motion artifacts,and greatly improve the image quality,which is worth popularizing and applying.
