150例男性不孕不育症患者的性压力状况调查

Investigation of Sexual Stress in 150 Male Infertility Patients

目的对开封市医学科学研究所150例男性不孕不育症患者的性压力状况进行调查,为男性不孕不育症患者性压力的防治提供理论依据。方法本组调查对象选择2017年1月-2018年12月于开封市医学科学研究所诊断与治疗的150例男性不孕不育症患者,采用加拿大Newton对不孕不育人群设计的性压力量表评价不孕症患者的性压力状况,将超过20分的患者设为有性压力组,低于20分的患者设为无性压力组。调查所有患者年龄、性别、月收入、文化程度、职业等基本资料,logistics回归分析探究其独立危险因素。结果 150例男性不孕不育症患者中的42例评分<20分,108例评分≥20分;多因素分析显示大专/本科及以上文化程度(OR=9.324,95%CI为1.786~13.213)、不孕年限≥5年(OR=11.435,95%CI为2.143~15.546)、年收入<50000元(OR=12.768,95%CI为2.256~18.334)、睡眠时间<6 h(OR=7.546,95%CI为1.598~21.114)是男性不孕不育症患者出现性压力的独立危险因素。结论男性不孕不育症患者的性压力状况较为普遍,文化程度较高、不孕年限较长、收入过低均会增加患者产生性压力的风险。

retical basis for the prevention and treatment of sexual stress in male infertility patients. Methods 150 male infertility patients diag-nosed and treated in the hospital from January, 2016 to December, 2016 were selected as subjects, and the sexual stress scale of in-fertility patients was evaluated by the sexual stress scale designed by Canadian Newton. Patients with more than 20 points were as-signed to the sexual pressure group, and patients with less than 20 points were assigned to the asexual pressure group. The basic in-formation, such as age, sex, monthly income, educational level and occupation of all patients were investigated. The risk factors ofsexual stress in male infertility patients were analyzed by single factor analysis, and the independent risk factors were explored bylogistics regression analysis. Results Among 150 cases of male infertility, 42 cases scored less than 20 points and 108 cases scoredmore than 20 points. Multivariate analysis showed that College/Bachelor degree(OR=9.324, 95%CI was 1.786~13.213), infertili-ty age ≥5 years(OR=11.435, 95%CI was 2.143~15.546), the annual income<50 000 yuan(OR=12.768, 95%CI was 2.256~18.334), sleep time<6 h(OR=7.546, 95%CI was 1.598~21.114) were independent risk factors for male infertility patients withsexual stress. Conclusion Male infertility in patients with sexual stress is very common, and higher education level, longer durationof infertility and lower income will increase the risk of sexual stress in infertile patients.
