摘要
目的探讨平衡记分卡在医院绩效管理体系中的应用效果。方法抽取某三甲医院2017年1月-2018年1月在职工作的206名医生和253名护士为研究对象,对其采用平衡记分卡管理,观察并分析其各维度扣分指标及均值。结果在构建的平衡记分卡绩效考核指标体系中,包含患者、内部管理和学习成长3个维度,其中,医生和护士在学习成长维度扣分较多,且护士在患者维度中扣分也较多。结论在医院绩效管理应用平衡记分卡,可明确医护人员的责任意识,提升工作质量,从而提升医院的经济效益和社会效益。
Objective To explore the application effect of Balanced Scorecard in hospital performance management system.Methods A total of 206 doctors and 253 nurses working in a tertiary A hospital from January, 2017 to January, 2018 were selected as the research objects. Balanced scorecard was used to manage them. The deduction indexes and mean values of each dimension were observed and analyzed. Results In the performance evaluation index system of the balanced scorecard, there are three dimensions: patient, internal management and learning growth. Among them, doctors and nurses deduct more points in learning growth dimension, and nurses deduct more points in patient dimension. Conclusion The application of Balanced Scorecard in hospital performance management can clarify the responsibility consciousness of medical staff, improve the quality of work, and thus enhance the economic and social benefits of the hospital.
