摘要 为降低系统信号处理的复杂度,提高控制系统的灵活性和安装调试效率,设计了一种将绝对编码器信号转换为增量编码器信号的装置。本装置以STM32F407[1]单片机为核心,其I/O口与绝对编码器接口相连,接收绝对编码器发送过来的最低位和最高位格雷码,根据接收到的绝对编码器信号电平变化情况,模拟输出相应的增量编码器信号。 In order to reduce the complexity of system signal processing,improve the flexibility of control system and the efficiency of installation and debugging,a device which converts the absolute encoder signal into incremental encoder signal has been designed.The device is based on STM32F407[1] single-chipcomputer,its I / O port connecting with the absolute encoder interface,receives the lowest and highest gray codes sent by the absolute encoder,and outputs the corresponding incremental encoder signals according to the received absolute encoder signal level changes.
