摘要 介绍一种应用于铝锭铸造机生产线上的铝锭自动喷淋冷却系统,该系统主要基于西门子PLC控制,利用传感器对脱模铝锭行走位置进行信号检测,采用链条输送的同时完成水浴浸泡和喷淋冷却,从而达到铝锭出库的标准温度,末端设置吹风系统吹干铝锭表面残留水分,同时借助于网络数据实时传输将温度信息反馈给西门子PLC主站。提高了生产线的自动化程度和生产效率,降低了人工成本,提高了企业的经济效益。 An automatic spray cooling system for aluminum ingot in the production line of aluminum ingot casting machine is introduced,which is mainly based on Siemens PLC control.The sensor is used to detect the moving position of the demoulding aluminum ingot,and the water bath soaking and spray cooling are completed at the same time during the chain conveying,so as to reach the standard temperature of the aluminum ingot leaving the warehouse.A blowing system is set at the end to dry the residual water on the surface of the aluminum ingot,and the temperature information is fed back to the Siemens PLC main station with the help of the real-time transmission of network data.It improves the automation degree and production efficiency of the production line,reduces the labor cost and improves the economic benefits of the enterprise.
