"逍遥散"源于宋代《太平惠民和剂局方》,乃调和肝脾之名方。张大伟教授依据多年临床经验,注重辨病施治、异病同治、辨病与辨证相结合的中医学理论,把逍遥散与月经病紧密相连,依据患者兼证遣方用药,疗效明显。本文将从逍遥散与月经病的联系、病案举隅、临床体会等方面简述张大伟教授运用逍遥散化裁治疗月经相关疾病的临床经验。

"Xiaoyao powder"originated from Taiping Huimin Heji Bureau Prescription in Song Dynasty,which is a famous prescription for harmonizing liver and spleen.Professor Zhang Dawei,on the basis of many years of clinical experience,insists on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and pay attention to the syndrome differentiation and treatment,same treatment to different diseases,and the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation.He closely connects Xiaoyao powder with menstrual diseases,and prescribes drugs according to patients’concurrent syndromes.The curative effect is obvious.This article will briefly describe Professor Zhang Dawei’s clinical experience in the treatment of menstrual diseases by Xiaoyao powder from the aspects of the relationship between Xiaoyao Powder and menstrual diseases,medical cases and clinical experience.
