基于三阴三阳辨证体系对湿热病研究进展

Research Progress on Dampness-heat Disease Based on Three Yin and Three Yang Syndrome Differentiation System

关于《伤寒论》理论研究,其辨证体系争论颇多,但终归不离三阴三阳。近代有倡导"寒温统一"者,在伤寒、温病辨证体系的贯通上难以融汇,可见统一之难。另外,湿热病邪致病复杂,多以卫气营血与三焦辨证论治,但多有辨证不明状况。本文通过整理湿热病与《伤寒论》三阴三阳在证候方面的相关研究,参考"寒温统一"的思想,以"三部""六病""十二单证""合病""并病"等理论将湿热病重新解析,将其方证重新归类,旨在使其辨证论治更加明晰,也是力图使2个辨证体系可以统一。

As for the theoretical study of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,there are many arguments about its syndrome differentiation system,but it is still inseparable from the three yin and three yang.In modern times,there were advocates of"unification of cold and warm".It was difficult to integrate the dialectical systems of typhoid and febrile diseases,thus showing the difficulty of unification.In addition,disease of dampness heat’s pathogenic factors is complicated,and most of them are based on syndrome differentiation of wei-qi-ying-xue and san jiao,but most of the treatment is unknown.Through sorting out the related research on syndromes of disease of dampness heat and three yin and three yang of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,referring to the idea of"unification of cold and warm",reinterpreting disease of dampness heat with the theories of"three parts","six diseases","twelve documents","combined diseases",the prescriptions and syndromes will be reclassified.The aim is to make the differentiation of symptoms and signs clearer,and also to make the two differentiation systems unified.
